Your First Amendment Rights

 The  First Amendment of the Constitution guarantees freedom of speech.  Should this right apply to students in public schools? Or should students be limited in their freedom of expression at school?

Or respond to the following scenario:

    It is a night football game.  A group of students from the visiting school hold an anti-war rally at the game and then pass out flyers protesting the war in Iraq.  The students are kicked out of the game and then suspended from school the following Monday.  A lawsuit was filed because of the disciplinary action. Was the disciplinary action justifiable, and how should the court decide?
