2009/2010 CKJH PTSA GOALS

Assist and support  the administration and staff to provide an optimal learning environment. Facilitate parent and family involvement in the academic and social life of students.

-Encourage parent volunteerism and networking.

-Keep open communication with faculty and listen to their needs.

Support communication between the home, school and community

                -Promote the number of newsletters distributed and E-news participation.

           -Maintain the PTSA webpage (Keep website up to date).

         -E-mail system (create an email system to communicate with all members).

Engage parents, teachers and students as active participants in PTSA

                -Increase parent/family, student and faculty membership.

                -Utilize automated phone system to reach out to parents.
